Playbooks for Outlook uses the world's most accurate email tracking technology to let sales reps know when their prospects are engaged. Each time an email is opened or forwarded, a link is clicked, or an attachment is downloaded, reps are notified directly within Outlook. Armed with this visibility reps can tailor their timing and message based on their prospect's interest, creating a more personalized buying experience.
