The Microsoft 365 Cost Control Service offers access to detailed analysis Dashboards based on actual usage of assigned Microsoft 365 and Office 365 licenses within the Customers environment.

The Dashboards are updated monthly and covers the following areas:
• License Cost per – User, Department and Country
• Current License status – Available & In-use
• Licenses assigned per user
• Licenses assigned to disabled users and System Accounts
• Licenses assigned to inactive users (users inactive for 90 days or longer)
• PowerBi utilizaion
