A Polish platform for managing occupational health and safety for companies and safety professionals
BHP Panic is a comprehensive platform for managing occupational health and safety (OHS/BHP), built specifically around Polish regulations — including the Labour Code and the requirements of the National Labour Inspectorate (PIP), the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS), and the Central Statistical Office (GUS).
The system supports both companies managing their own OHS documentation and external OHS specialists serving multiple clients.
SYSTEM MODULES
Offline app
The BHP Panic mobile app lets you report a workplace accident and carry out a facility inspection with a checklist even when the device has no internet connection. Data is automatically synced to the system as soon as connectivity returns.
BHP News
The BHP News module delivers up-to-date information to employees and OHS specialists on changes in OHS regulations, National Labour Inspectorate (PIP) inspection results, and industry news — directly within the system, with no need to search external sources.
Reports
This module shows summaries of accident rates, employees, and upcoming expiry dates for training and medical examinations. You can also set up email notifications to remind you of approaching deadlines.
Training
The OHS training module lets you manage induction and periodic training, automatically generate the required OHS documentation, and deliver training through a multilingual e-learning platform with extended knowledge-test functionality for employees of different nationalities.
Occupational Risk Assessment
The Occupational Risk Assessment module lets you create risk assessment documents assigned to specific job positions and estimate risk using the PN-N-18002 method.
Accidents
The workplace accidents module lets you register, analyze, and manage accident events at the workplace. It supports documenting post-accident procedures and maintaining the required records.
nstructions
The instructions module enables centralized management of general, job-specific, machine, and premises instructions, and lets you publish them via QR codes. It provides organized access to up-to-date OHS instructions for employees and those responsible for safety.
Facilities
The facilities module is used to register facilities and log the inspections carried out on them. It also lets you create and use checklists to standardize and document the inspection process.
