Fresh Memory brings intelligent email organisation to Outlook. Built for professional services firms, consultants, and project-based businesses, Fresh Memory uses AI to automatically suggest which project or overhead category every email belongs to — so your inbox becomes a structured, searchable record of every client conversation.

Subscription required

Fresh Memory is a paid service that requires an active subscription to use. The add-in itself is free to install from AppSource and there are no in-app purchases inside Outlook, but you will need access to a Fresh Memory company workspace to sign in and use any of the add-in's features. You can:

• Join an existing workspace — if your company already has a Fresh Memory subscription, your administrator can send you an invite link.
• Start a new workspace — new companies can create a workspace and contact us to activate a subscription or start a trial.

Privacy and security

Your email data is stored securely, isolated per company, and never used to train AI models. We use paid, enterprise-tier accounts with our AI providers (OpenAI and Google Gemini) under strict data processing agreements. For full details see our privacy policy.

Getting started

Install the add-in from AppSource and sign in with your Google account. You'll then either join your company's existing Fresh Memory workspace using an invite link, or create a new workspace and reach out to us to activate your subscription. Your first project suggestions appear within minutes of connecting your mailbox.
