Upload emails directly from Outlook to Instant Office

The IO Upload add-in provides Instant Office users with the following features:

  • Easily file emails directly in the correct Client/Matter
  • Search for the required Client/Matter without leaving Outlook
  • Emails originally sent from Instant Office will automatically populate the Client/Matter field
  • Amend the subject line (document title) prior to saving
  • Choose which attachments to save
  • Change the title of any attachments
  • Set Log or To Do settings, such as Log Rate and To Do Ref
  • Choose not to create a Log entry or To Do list entry
