ThoughtMesh-Powered Agentic AI MVP -Task Automation with Azure AI Foundry

Simform accelerates delivery of an agentic AI MVP on Azure using ThoughtMesh to shorten build cycles and reduce risk. We help you launch working agent workflows quickly with the right guardrails, integrations, and adoption readiness.

Primary objective: Build a working Agentic AI MVP that completes a defined multi-step workflow using tools/actions and grounded knowledge.

Scope: 1 agentic workflow (e.g., ticket triage + resolution draft, sales enablement Q&A + CRM update, onboarding assistant); integrate 2–3 data sources/systems; implement up to 2 tools/actions (search, summarization, form-fill, ticket/CRM action); basic safety controls and telemetry. Built using ThoughtMesh as the primary accelerator to deliver an Agentic grounded retrieval foundation (connectors + multi-modal parsing + vector store + guardrails) and a working agentic workflow on Azure AI Foundry.

Deliverables:

1. Working Agentic AI MVP (single environment)
2. Tool/Action Integrations (2–4) + Grounded Retrieval over 2–3 sources
3. Conversation + Agent Trace Logs (baseline observability)
4. MVP Evaluation Report (accuracy, safety checks, latency/cost baseline)
5. Runbook + Next-Step Production Plan
6. ThoughtMesh Agentic grounded retrieval starter (connectors + parsing + embeddings + vector store) deployed for POC scope
7. Baseline guardrails pack (hallucination reduction via validation, safety controls, access boundaries)
8. LLM monitoring baseline (quality, latency, cost, traces)
