FEATURES:
- Welcome and Dashboard:
- Welcome screen with personalized greeting and smooth transition to dashboard.
- Main dashboard displays two options: Create New Event and View My Events, with an engaging event-themed background.
- Upcoming events list shows all future events across the organization (excluding past events), sorted by date.
- Create New Event:
- User-friendly event creation forms with mandatory fields: company name, category, event name, description, start/end date & time, location, type, organizer, and notes.
- Flexible attendee selection: choose between “Everyone” or “Team”. If “Team” is selected, a second dropdown allows user-specific invites.
- “Create Event” and “Reset Form” buttons for efficient interaction.
- On event creation, emails are sent and calendars booked automatically via Power Automate.
- My Events:
- View all events created by the logged-in user.
- Provides a personal history of hosted events for reference and record-keeping.
- Email & Calendar Integration:
- Dynamic email notifications with event details and organizer info.
- Outlook and Teams calendar integration for all selected attendees and organizers
