Project Intelligence for Excel

Project Intelligence for Excel helps users explore structured project-controls workflows inside Excel, including forecast development, project reporting, look-ahead planning, workbook setup and repair, progress-gate updates, error checking, tutorial guidance, and workbook protection.

The AppSource version is provided as the Free Community Edition. It is intended for learning, education, demonstrations, evaluation, self-guided non-commercial use, self-guided workbook setup, template experimentation, university/student use, graduate/trainee use, and sample workbooks or pilots where the add-in is not used as a commercial production deployment.

Project Intelligence for Excel is designed for project managers, planners, project-controls professionals, delivery teams, students, graduates, educators, and evaluators who already use Excel and want a practical way to test structured workbook-based project controls without replacing their existing Excel workflow. It supports Excel on the web and supported Microsoft 365 desktop versions.

No Pi Labs registration, sign-in, licence key, paid account, or enterprise account is required to use the Free Community Edition as made available at launch.

For a first run, open the PI task pane, run Quick Start Tutorial to load the sample project, then run Refresh Forecast and Project Report to review the first outputs.

Commercial production use, live project use by a company, company rollout, production deployment, implementation support, and priority support will require a paid commercial-use licence, approved pilot, or separate written agreement with Pi Labs.

Company-specific template development, managed production templates, advanced reporting packs, QA document generation, training, certification, and future PI Pro / Team / Enterprise capabilities may be offered separately.
