KontractAI add-in for Word lets users at KontractAI subscriber organizations draft, review, and route contracts without leaving Microsoft Word. Upload drafts directly into KontractAI's Contract Lifecycle Management platform, generate AI-assisted redlines, dispatch reviewers, and keep SharePoint in sync.
Key capabilities
- Upload the active document as Internal Draft, Company Draft, Counterparty Draft, or Final Draft
- Auto-detect the linked KontractAI request via embedded custom XML or filename matching
- Dispatch reviewer requests by @mentioning colleagues
- Generate tracked-change redlines from playbook-based AI review (suggestions; human review required)
- Sync to SharePoint with structured naming conventions
- Sign in with KontractAI credentials (optional 2FA) or a Microsoft work or school account via Microsoft Entra ID SSO
Enterprise-only access
KontractAI is licensed to enterprises under a master services agreement; individual sign-ups are not available. To request a subscription, email sales@kontractai.com or visit https://kontractai.com. If your organization already subscribes, contact your internal KontractAI administrator for provisioning, then sign in to the add-in with your KontractAI credentials.
