The Q4 Platform - Outlook Meeting add-in helps IR teams keep their activity history complete and reliable by sending selected Outlook calendar meetings into Q4 Platform as CRM activities.

With this add-in, Q4 Platform users can:

• Log Outlook meetings to Q4 Platform with a single click.
• Automatically create an activity of type “meeting” in Q4 with title, date/time, attendees, location, and notes as the Outlook meeting.
• Clearly see which activities in the Q4 Platform originated from Outlook.
• Maintain a clean record of investor meetings without double data entry.

How it works

1. Install the add-in from the Microsoft/Outlook Store.
2. Open a calendar event in Outlook and launch "Log to Q4 Platform" from the ribbon.
3. Sign in securely with your Q4 Platform account.
4. Review the meeting details and confirm logging.

Q4 automatically attempts to match meeting attendees to existing contacts and institutions in your Q4 Platform account. If no match is found, Q4 can create custom entities so that all relevant participants are represented.

Subscription and Account Requirements

A paid subscription to the Q4 Platform is required to use this add-in. This add-in is intended for enterprise customers and is not available for individual consumer sign-up.
