How to Use

In SharePoint:

1. Select a DWG, DWF, STEP, IFC, STL, or other supported file in your document library.
2. Click View CAD in the command bar.
3. The file renders in a full-screen viewer with navigation controls and format-specific tools.

In Microsoft Teams:

1. After an admin deploys CAD Viewer, open a Teams channel and click + to add a tab.
2. Choose Apps, search for CAD Viewer, and add it to the channel.
3. Browse the channel's CAD files and folders, then select a supported file to open it inside Teams.

• How to open DWG files without AutoCAD? Install CAD Viewer for SharePoint, select a DWG file in your document library, and click View CAD. The DWG file renders directly in your browser, no AutoCAD license or desktop software needed.
• How to open DWF or DWFX files in SharePoint? Select a DWF or DWFX file in your SharePoint document library and click View CAD. The file opens directly in the browser.
