Verkada Mailroom streamlines deliveries and sends recipients informative notifications, right here on Microsoft Teams. You'll get a photo of your package, along with detailed information about the item, including carrier and package weight. You can also mark a package as picked up to help your mailroom staff keep accurate records. To complete setup, make sure to enable this integration in Verkada Mailroom Admin.
In order to use this app, your organization admin must configure your Teams instance to work with Verkada Mailroom. Also, your mailroom attendant will need the Verkada Mailroom app, available on the App Store and Google Play Store. For more questions, please contact our support team at https://verkada.com/support.
