Get case management tasks done quickly without waiting in queues

Cisco AI Assistant for Support is a personal assistant that provides self-service experience for customers and partners in several domains such as support cases, RMAs and bugs. The email address you use for your messaging application (e.g., Webex, Microsoft Teams) must be associated as the primary email on your Cisco.com account. This association is used to authorize access to support cases.



You can ask questions such as:

  • What is the status of (case number)
  • What is the status of a (bug ID)
  • What is the status of (rma number)


You can ask it to perform tasks such as:

  • Show my cases
  • Request the latest update for (case number)
  • Connect me with the engineer handling (case number)
  • Create a virtual space for (case number)
  • Raise the severity of (case number)
  • Reduce the severity of (case number)
  • Request a new engineer for (case number)
  • Escalate (case number)
  • Close (case number)
  • Reopen (case number)
  • Mark (case number) as favorite
  • add contract (contract number)
  • Check applicability of (bug ID)
  • Generate hardening assessment
