KITT is a text-based chatbot and speech-to-text chatbot for customers, users and stakeholders - a chat system for recurring contacts and to support.
Text-based and speech-based accepted requests are processed and answered. Possible use cases can be:
- chatbot on websites
 - integration in instant-messaging systems
 - as an intranet component
 - partially automated ticket support
 
For example:
- 24/7 support and thus increase customer satisfaction
 - possibility for 24h-self-service
 - identify similar questions/patterns and issue sample solutions
