Subscription & Pricing
Bank Statement Analyzer offers a free tier with core features available at no cost. Advanced Pro features require an active paid license, purchased directly within the add-in using USDT (a USD-pegged cryptocurrency) sent to the provided wallet address.

Licenses are activated automatically after payment is verified on-chain. No account registration is required. 5. Monthly trend charts — visualize your spending and income month by month with built-in recharts-powered graphs.
6. Highlights transactions in your Excel sheet by category using color coding for quick visual scanning.
7. Search & filter — find specific transactions or filter by category, date, or amount.

11. Pre-assigned category import — if your CSV/Excel data has a Category column, those categories are used as-is; unrecognized or blank values fall back to auto-detection.
12. Manual re-categorization — tap any category badge in the Transactions tab to reassign it from all 14 categories; changes instantly update the full dashboard (Pro).
13. Transaction notes — attach a short memo (up to 140 characters) to any transaction; notes appear in CSV exports as a dedicated column and in email reports as an italic line under the description (Pro).
14. Transaction flagging — tap the flag icon on any row to mark it for review; flagged rows are visually highlighted in red, filterable with a dedicated toggle, and exported with a "Flagged?" column in CSV and a flag badge in reports (Pro).
