Gridavera for Excel turns Microsoft Excel into a controlled, multi-user planning surface that writes back to your own SharePoint Online lists. Finance, FP&A, and operations teams load admin-configured views, edit rows with familiar Excel formulas and validation, append new records, and submit changes back to
SharePoint — all with row-level security, dimension-based filters, and audit trails enforced server-side. Sensitive columns can be encrypted at rest with
per-tenant AES-256 keys held in Azure Key Vault, and a one-click Power BI template export keeps reporting and planning on the same data model.
Use Gridavera for budgeting, rolling forecasts, headcount planning, sales-pipeline review, OPEX/CAPEX tracking, and any recurring data-entry workflow that today lives in scattered spreadsheets. The add-in requires (a) a Microsoft 365 subscription with Excel on the web, Windows, or Mac; (b) a SharePoint Online
site to host your transaction and configuration lists; and (c) a paid Gridavera subscription, validated through the Gridavera licensing service on each load
