Optivise is an AI assistant that lives in your Excel task pane and helps you build, clean, and analyze spreadsheets using plain language — no macros or formula expertise required.

What you can do:

• Build financial models, three-statement models, and DCFs from a prompt.
• Clean and reshape messy data, fix formulas, and standardize tables.
• Analyze a sheet and generate summaries, charts, and exec-ready tables.
• Ask questions about your data and get answers grounded in the live workbook.
• Upload supporting documents (PDF, Word, etc.) and pull their content into your analysis.

How it works: Optivise reads the ranges you point it at and writes changes directly into your workbook, so you stay in control and can see every edit.
