A note on permissions
Folder Suggest reads the open email and your folder list to generate a match, and uses Outlook's standard interface to move it. The AI runs locally — the only thing that ever leaves your device is the one-time model download on first use.
Requirements
- Microsoft 365 or Exchange Online account. Personal Outlook.com, Hotmail, and on-premises Exchange are not supported.
- Outlook on Windows (classic or new) or Outlook on the web
- Internet connection on first use to download the AI model (cached permanently after)
