Folder Suggest puts the right folder next to every email. Work through your recent mail as a list, where each message already has a suggested folder, and approve, change or skip it. Or get suggestions for the email you're reading. Either way, one click files it, and undo is one click away.

How it's different

A note on permissions
Folder Suggest reads the open email and your folder list to generate a match, and uses Outlook's standard interface to move it. The matching runs locally: no email content, subject line, or folder name is ever sent to our servers. Requirements
- Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, or a personal Microsoft account (Outlook.com, Hotmail, Live). On-premises Exchange is not supported.
- Outlook on Windows (classic or new), Outlook for Mac, or Outlook on the web
- Internet connection on first use to download the AI model (cached permanently after)
