The CultureNext employee recognition app makes it easy to recognize, reward and celebrate your coworkers wherever you are, right inside of your Microsoft Teams chat.
To send recognition through Teams, look for the CultureNext icon in the messaging extension area of your chat. This can be found by clicking the (…) menu below the ‘Type a new message’ field. After completing the authentication process, you will be able to access your recognition programs, enabling you to send a recognition to any eligible user in your chat window.
CultureNext® is brought to you by Maritz Motivation. A person will not be able to participate within the CultureNext app if their organization does not have a partnership with Maritz Motivation and CultureNext. In order to use this application the user must have an active CultureNext account. Users/Participants must know their organization’s CultureNext employee recognition URL to access the CultureNext employee app. Users can find this by reaching out their HR department or by looking at the URL when accessing the CultureNext employee recognition via the web.
