Use “Cosmos Forms for Microsoft Teams” to enable field, plant, and office workers to enter and manage your business form processes from within Microsoft Teams.
This application is part of the Cosmos Forms family of client applications that allow workers to use their preferred technology platform, whether it is mobile (iOS or Android), web or Teams. Forms entered in any one of these applications are automatically available in the other clients allowing, for example, a form to start on mobile and be completed in Teams.
Our goal is to replace all paper forms!
