  • The add-in appears right on your Outlook ribbon, so all of the magic of Vidyo is available on a single click.

  • Auto-formatted text is made a part of your meeting invite help have your clients dial in using any mode convenient to them including direct desktop/Website, mobile app, and dial-in.

Stuff to Note

  • To use the VidyoConnect Outlook Calendar Add-In, you must have a valid VidyoConnect account with your organization.

  • There are no additional charges for the Add-In.

  • To install the add-in on the Outlook desktop app, you must have a Microsoft® Outlook® as your email client on either Windows® or Mac®.

  • If you receive an error when installing, that says you are prohibited or do not have the correct permissions, you will need to contact your IT admin for assistance.

  • If you don't see that button on your ribbon, ask your system administrator to install the VidyoConnect Outlook Add-in for you.

  • Your organization should have a valid subscription of Vidyo.
