The notification settings in SAP LeanIX allow each user to configure on which topics they want to be notified. These topics include: A Fact Sheet was updated where you are subscribed, you were assigned to a To-Do and many more. Query fact sheet: Now get direct access to information about fact sheets in your workspace from where you collaborate. When you receive a request like ‘Is Sustainability Management one of our business capabilities?’, ‘Who's the responsible application owner of Gainsight?’, or ‘Has the initiative for the post-merger integration been started?’ you don't need to log into your SAP LeanIX workspace anymore; just [search for the fact sheet](https://docs-eam.leanix.net/docs/leanix-app-for-microsoft-teams#querying-fact-sheets) via a search window in the app for Microsoft Teams.You can query for those fact sheets in your workspace that an admin unlocked and access basic information such as tags, descriptions, and lifecycles to kick-start your peer conversations.
