The Overwatch for Microsoft Security service is the next generation of security posture management, providing customers with a near real-time, business-aligned strategy to continuously improve, optimise, and maximise the value of their Microsoft security investments. Overwatch provides ongoing guidance for the deployment and optimisation of capabilities such as Microsoft Defender XDR, Defender for Cloud, Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Purview Information Protection, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Insider Risk Management, Compliance Manager, and data governance controls. Customers are guided through deployment planning, proof-of-concept activities, operational readiness, user adoption, and long-term platform management to ensure security investments are delivering measurable business value.
