Say Help

1. Say Help Application is a voice activated & push button emergency alert application that will immediately deliver alerts to assigned emergency contacts. Say Help application is available to purchase Say Help subscriptions on Google, iOS & Azure Platforms.

2. Say Help Streaming Alert Room is created when an emergency alert is activated that allows emergency contacts and family/friends to track the alert recording by streaming video, voice, and GPS location within the Say Help Streaming Alert Room. Alert room is integrated and displays data on a google map with terrain/satellite features to track latest movements in seconds. Emergency Contacts and Dispatchers can change the video camera to get multiple views of the alert. You do not need a subscription to the Say Help Application to access the Say Help Streaming Room. Therefore, all emergency contacts are not required to have a Say Help subscription to get access to the Say Help Streaming Alert Room. Each subscription is allowed up to 5 emergency contacts.

3. Dispatcher Dashboard is a web-enabled capability that allows the Say Help team, professional dispatchers, call centers and organizations to monitor all Say Help Alerts (if required). Allows Dispatchers to view the recording room data with streaming video, voice, and GPS location. Historical searches are available for all open and closed alerts generated through Say Help Application.

4. Partner/Distributor/Organizational Dashboard is a web-enabled capability that allows each partner, distributor, and organization to manage user access, usage statistics and financial reporting. This allows organizations to manage active subscriptions to monitor purchased subscriptions in Microsoft Azure. Partner representatives will be able to edit subscription accounts to support organizational incoming and outgoing personnel.

5. Say Help Monitoring/Development Team is a professional organization with unique skill sets to monitor emergency alerts to ensure local law enforcement is identified/acknowledged to support all Say Help emergency alerts. Each country is dependent upon specific organizations setup and call centers. Each purchased organizations, per Country, is setup differently and will be addressed with each purchase in Microsoft Azure.

Say Help supports Medical Emergencies (Elder Care, Heart Attack, Slip-and-Fall, Stroke), Motor Vehicle Accidents (Hit-and-Run, Head-On, Rollover, Motorcycle accident), Crimes (Sexual Assault, Kidnapping, Stalking, Burglary, Domestic Violence), and Other Emergencies (Drowning, Animal Attack, Missing Persons).
