MEQ is revolutionary tool for grading the quality of meat in the supply chain. 

MEQ uses next generation lasers together with artificial intelligence algorithms to deliver measurements of meat quality in real time, enabling meat processors to underpin their product and their brands using the data created from the MEQ Probe. 

Data from the MEQ Probe can be used to optimise the supply chain; from on-farm production through to processing, packing, and consumption.
