$ sudo su

To set Username and Password run:

$sudo mysql -e "USE evocms; UPDATE k74r_users SET password=MD5('NEW_PASSWORD') WHERE username='USERNAME';"

Open the Admin Panel:
http://YOUR_SERVER_IP/manager
