Solution description
Approvals is a solution designed to manage internal document and request approvals. It provides a clear and intuitive tool that enables both users and management to oversee the entire approval workflow — from creating a document, selecting the appropriate approval template, all the way to final confirmation and returning the result back to the system.
Users simply choose the relevant approval template, submit the document for approval, and the system automatically determines the approvers, sends the requests via Microsoft Teams, and continuously tracks the approval progress.
The primary goal is to simplify approval workflows, standardize internal procedures, improve process transparency, and support efficient document management across the entire organization.
