Our Dynamics Connector allows seamless integration of Microsoft CRM with several of the most popular accounting packages including Xero, QuickBooks Online and Sage 50C (not the US version) and Sage 200.
Invoices are regularly pushed from Dynamics into the accounting package together with the Customer and Product data and a tax calculation if required. The resulting invoice number is stored back inside Dynamics and the outstanding balance of the invoice and the customer balance also copied back into Dynamics. A clean Dynamics installation benefits from our data migration features to populate customers, supplies and products effortlessly from your accounting system into Dynamics when you first set up your system.
We support integration with Dynamics 365 CRM Sales for the following systems:

Our included billing features allow you to generate hundreds or thousands of invoices in Dynamics with a simple custom transaction entity containing all your monthly invoice items for both Accounts and Contacts. These invoices can flow into your accounting package or be used to take automated payments using Stripe or other payment systems such as Direct Debit in the UK or SEPA in Europe.
We can work with you or your reseller if you want to manage invoices or payments from Dynamics to push and allocate payments against invoices in the accounting package with the help of some workflow and a custom entity.
Our Stripe Connector for Dynamics 365 creates setup links that you can email your customers for them to set up a payment method with a Card or Bank Account in Stripe. You then create payment records using workflow in our Transaction table which takes the payment directly into Stripe or notifies you of any problems such as an expired card. Our website is used as a proxy to generate the payment setup forms so that all the integration with Stripe is automatically handled.
