ORAS

ORAS (OCI Registry As Storage) is an open-source command-line tool that allows developers to push, pull, and manage arbitrary artifacts such as files, Helm charts, machine learning models, and container images in OCI-compliant registries. ORAS provides a flexible and lightweight way to use OCI registries as general-purpose artifact storage while remaining compatible with existing container tooling.
