Point of Contact AI
par Odysseus Digital
AI customer engagement platform with Teams-native agent console and bidirectional handoff.
The AI customer engagement platform built natively on Azure and Teams
Point of Contact is your one-stop AI-powered messaging platform that deploys directly into your Azure subscription. Your agents work inside Microsoft Teams. Your stakeholders chat through an embeddable web widget with real-time AI responses. Your data stays in your own Cosmos DB, Key Vault, and AI Foundry project — never in a vendor’s infrastructure. Secure as it can be.
Why Point of Contact?
Teams-native agents & configuration— Agents manage all customer conversations without leaving Microsoft Teams. Thread queue, ownership, transfer, and admin all built in. No separate tool to purchase or train on.
Unlimited AI agents on every plan — Configure multiple specialized AI agents (sales, support, technical, onboarding) each backed by your own Azure AI Foundry project. Responses stream word-by-word via SSE for sub-second perceived response times.
Bidirectional AI-human handoff — AI handles routine inquiries 24/7. When human help is needed, the full conversation context transfers to a human agent. Agents can hand conversations back to AI for follow-ups, and customers can request a human at any time.
Customer-owned data — Deployed as an Azure Managed Application, all conversation data, user mappings, and configuration live in your Azure subscription. Point of Contact’s publisher access is limited to platform management and PII-stripped telemetry.
Single-tag deployment — Add a customer-facing chat widget to any website with one tag. Supports custom themes, domain whitelisting, and business hours display.
