Outlook — built for federal, state, and local government contractors, capture managers, and proposal teams who
need to move on opportunities without leaving their inbox or chat.
REQUIREMENTS & LIMITATIONS: This app is a companion to the GovMatrixIQ web platform — it is NOT a standalone
product and requires an active GovMatrixIQ account (free tier available). You must create an account and link
it to the bot before any feature works: use the "Connect Account" button (or type "connect") to open a secure
browser sign-in. Until your account is connected, the bot can only show Help and the connect prompt — search,
pipeline, drafting, and alerts are unavailable. All data the bot shows is scoped to your own GovMatrixIQ
organization.
What you can do: search live SAM.gov opportunities by keyword or NAICS, view your capture pipeline, and
generate first-draft replies to a Contracting Officer or capability statements. Drafting and summaries are
AI-generated using Anthropic Claude — always review and edit AI output before you send it. Your data is never
used to train AI models.
Reporting objectionable content: If you come across any objectionable, inaccurate, or harmful AI-generated
content, please report it to us at support@drxconsultingroup.com or log an issue at
https://govmatrixiq.com/support. Every report is reviewed within one business day and the offending output is
removed.

- alerts — configure deadline and stage-change notifications
- test — send a sample of every alert type
- status — check connection and subscription status
- help — show all available commands

GovMatrixIQ uses end-to-end encryption for team messages within the platform and a No-Training AI policy —
your data is never used to train any AI model.
