enosix arnold™ for Copilot Cowork brings SAP ERP data directly into Microsoft 365 Copilot.

Sales teams, customer service representatives, and operations staff can query live SAP data,

track orders and deliveries, and initiate document workflows — all without leaving Copilot Chat.

What this app does

• Order Search — Find open or historical sales orders by customer name, material, or date range.
• Order Status & Availability — Check delivery status for an order and confirm material stock levels in real time.
• Billing & Invoice Lookup — Retrieve SAP billing documents and invoice totals for a customer over a date range.
• Delivery Document Lookup — View outbound delivery documents, shipping status, and delivery dates.
• PDF Document Download — Generate and download SAP sales order, delivery, invoice, and quote PDFs.
• Order Cancellation Check — Determine whether a sales order is still eligible for cancellation based on its fulfillment status.
• Order Update Feasibility — Verify whether a sales order can be modified before requesting a change.
• Order Quantity Update — Change or cancel a sales order line item quantity directly from Copilot Chat.
• Quote Creation via Cloud UI — Initiate a new SAP quote for a customer through the enosix Arnold Cloud UI application.

How it works

The app connects to an enosix Arnold MCP server using OAuth 2.0 authentication.

Copilot Cowork authenticates once using your Microsoft 365 identity; subsequent

sessions refresh automatically. Your SAP data is never replicated — it stays in

place in your SAP system and is accessed in real time through the arnold™ platform,

with no data replication.

All results are returned directly in Copilot Chat. For richer workflows, arnold™

also supports real-time document reprinting — generating live PDFs of sales orders,

invoices, deliveries, and quotes on demand — and integrated Cloud UI components

that launch in-context for transactional work like quote and order creation.

Built for enterprise security

enosix Arnold is hosted on Microsoft Azure using managed services and secured through

Microsoft Entra ID. Single Sign-On (SSO) and SAP Principal Propagation ensure that

every transaction carries the user's SAP identity — preserving document audit trails

and enforcing SAP role-based access controls exactly as configured.

External workflows

Most functionality is delivered directly in Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat. Two workflows

involve content outside of Chat:

• PDF document download — When a PDF is generated for a sales order, invoice, delivery, or quote, Copilot returns a download link. Clicking the link opens the PDF in your web browser, outside of Teams.
• Quote creation via Cloud UI — Advanced quote configuration (adding line items, entering PO references) is completed in the enosix Arnold Cloud UI, which opens in a separate browser tab outside of Teams.
