Signivo for Outlook
par Signivo
Automatically apply managed email signatures when composing messages in Outlook.
Signivo for Outlook automatically applies your organization's managed email
signatures when composing new messages. Signatures are centrally managed by
your IT team through the Signivo admin console — users don't need to configure
anything.
Signivo for Outlook uses Office event-based activation to apply your
organization's managed email signature automatically. The add-in's LaunchEvent
handlers run only when you compose a new message or switch the sender account
on a draft, and they only modify the signature region of the current compose
item via the Office.js setSignatureAsync API. The add-in does not read the
message body, subject, recipients, or attachments, and it does not access any
other mailbox folder. It uses the delegated MailboxItem.ReadWrite.User
permission and writes only into the active draft.
Key features:
- Automatic signature insertion on new message compose
- Centrally managed by workspace admins via the Signivo console
- Supports multiple send-as addresses with per-sender signatures
Works across Outlook on the web, Outlook for Mac, Classic Outlook for Windows, and the new Outlook for Windows
- Seamless SSO via Entra ID — no separate login required
- Works offline after the first signature is loaded
- Automatic activation — no configuration of the user needed
How it works:
Your admin sets up a Signivo workspace and connects it to your organization.
- Your admin designs and publishes signatures via the Signivo console.
The add-in is available from AppSource and can also be deployed
organization-wide via the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
When users compose a new email, their signature is automatically inserted.
