RoboHead for Outlook brings your project management workflow into your inbox. Without leaving Outlook, you can save emails as notes on any RoboHead project and create new project requests — with AI that reads the email and pre-fills the request form for you.

• Save emails as project notes — Select a project and save the current email (or full conversation thread) as a note, preserving the complete message history in chronological order.
• Create project requests from email — Open any email and let AI analyze the content to automatically populate your RoboHead request form fields, including follow-up questions to capture missing details.
• Smart thread detection — The add-in recognizes when a thread already exists in RoboHead and offers to append the new message rather than create a duplicate.
• Works in Outlook on the web, Windows, and Mac — Deployed as a standard Office Add-in via Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
