Communication Coach helps teams improve their communication skills in the flow of work.
This application is the bot component of Pearson´s Communication Coach. The application acts as the communication interface between the application and it’s end users. After a valid Microsoft Teams meeting has been processed by the Communication Coach enterprise application the licensed learners that have this bot installed will receive an adaptive card with detailed feedback about their communication in said meeting.
This Microsoft Teams application is targeted at learners who´s company has already purchased the Communication Coach enterprise application and have a license assigned.
The bot serves as a one-way communication system providing feedback to learners regarding their communication skills on a given meeting.
Please note that as referenced above this application will not work if the enterprise application has also been purchased by user’s organisation and the user has a license assigned.
