Jump AI Associate for Email
Jump helps financial advisors prepare for meetings, capture notes, update their CRM, and follow up with clients — all in one place. The Outlook Add-in brings Jump's AI Associate directly into your inbox, where most of the follow-up actually happens.
When you open an email, Jump shows a short summary of the conversation and pulls up the contacts on the thread with their CRM info and recent meetings. Catch up on a thread in seconds without rereading everything.
Jump suggests intelligent replies based on the thread. Pick a suggestion or give your own instructions and iterate in natural language. Jump automatically searches for relevant client info and context. When the draft looks right, push it into Outlook with one click. You always review before anything sends — all AI-generated content is clearly labeled and requires your approval.
You can also ask questions about your clients, meetings, or the thread itself — like "What came up about their account transfer last week?" or "Write a follow-up about the beneficiary change" — and get answers pulled from your Jump data.
The add-in is available in Outlook Web, Windows, and Mac. It sits in a side panel next to your email.
