inTrial for Outlook

par inTrial

Save emails and attachments directly from Outlook to your cases in inTrial Manage

inTrial for Outlook lets plaintiff law firms save emails directly to their cases and attach case documents while composing

messages.

Key Features:

  • Save Emails to Cases — Save the current email, including supported attachments, to a case in your firm's inTrial

    Manage workspace.

  • Search Cases — Quickly find the right case by searching your inTrial Manage cases.
  • Organize Attachments — Save email attachments into the appropriate case drive folder when filing received emails.
  • Scan Deposition Notices — Extract deposition details from PDF attachments and match them to your cases.
  • Compose with Case Files — While composing an email, select a case, browse that case's drive, and attach case documents

    to the draft.

  • Save Sent Emails — When composing a new email, select a case and inTrial will file the sent message to that case after

    you send it.

Who is this for?

This add-in is designed for personal injury law firms using inTrial Manage for case management. An active inTrial Manage

subscription is required.

How received-email saving works:

Open an email in Outlook, click "Save to Case," search for the case, choose where supported attachments should be stored, and

save. The email is filed to the selected case in inTrial Manage.

How compose saving works:

When composing a new email, open the inTrial task pane, select a case, and leave save-on-send enabled. After you send the email,

inTrial files the sent message to the selected case automatically.

Outlook connection required:

Saving sent emails requires connecting Outlook in inTrial Manage settings so inTrial can access the final sent copy after

Outlook sends it.
