Veloscint Flow is delivered as a solution that deploys into your own Azure subscription. Documents, mailbox credentials, ERP connector secrets, and audit history never leave your tenant. No shared multi-tenant data store, no outbound data flow leaving the subscription, no cross-tenant data path — Microsoft 365 connections, SAP credentials, and processed documents all live entirely within the boundary you control. Operate it under the Azure governance, RBAC, networking, and compliance posture you already have in place.

Flow brings intake, review, extraction, and integration together — so teams stop juggling inboxes, shared folders, and manual status trackers.

Every day, critical business documents arrive by email — POs from customers, invoices from vendors, acknowledgments, shipping notices, and general correspondence.
