Main features

• M365 SSO authentication: A single authentication method governed by the current M365 user session.

• Automatic insertion of the main signature in the email: without any action from the user. With each new email, the Letsignit signature is inserted in the body of the email on Outlook Desktop and OWA.

• Preview the signature before sending: view the signature in your email before sending it.

• Automatically lightened signatures for reply/forward & multi-signature cases: employees can choose the most relevant signature and campaign according to their recipients...

• Specific signature for internal exchanges. (available Q3 2021)

• View and modify contact information: if authorized by the Letsignit administrator, the user can modify his contact information, the changes will be automatically reflected in your signature.

• Upload profile picture: users can upload or modify their profile picture if the administrator allows it.
