Morae Vault is an enterprise document archiving solution purpose-built for organisations using iManage Work. It enables legal teams to migrate inactive documents to cost-effective Azure Blob Storage whilst maintaining seamless access through intelligent placeholders.

How It Works

1. Archive: Select documents or define archival policies - Morae Vault downloads content to Azure Blob Storage
2. Extract (Optional): If enabled, Azure AI Search extracts full text from archived documents (DOCX, PDF, MSG, EML, and more)
3. Replace: Original documents are replaced with searchable placeholders containing extracted text in iManage
4. Search: Users search in iManage Work and discover archived content alongside native documents
5. Access: Users download or rehydrate archived content via native iManage context menus
