Retailers operating stores in the Basque Country must comply with TicketBAI - the regional tax authority's fiscalization mandate. Frontline Tech's fiscalization module makes that automatic at the point of sale without changing how your stores run on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce.

The solution is designed to interoperate with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce and provides a cloud-based fiscal integration to TicketBAI through InnoQubit eSign TicketBAI services. Fiscal documents are generated from Store Commerce transactions, digitally signed using the retailer’s certificate, and submitted to the relevant tax authority. The TicketBAI response can then be used to print the required fiscal document ID and QR code on POS receipts.

The package includes the required implementation components for Store Commerce, Commerce Scale Unit, and Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. Built on the standard fiscal integration framework for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce, the module requires configuration for fiscal connectors, fiscal registration processes, POS receipt fields, channel attributes, and legal entity parameters.
