Corporate Experience allows the users to manage parking lot and workstation reservations
Corporate Experience allows the users to manage parking lot and workstation reservations including the creation, edition and cancellation of those. Also it shows the following reservations of the current week in order to keep the users informed.
If your organization is associated with Corporate Experience, you can request your access credentials directly from the IT or Human Resources department.

Create new reservation:
Click on the banner of New Reservation.
Complete the information required:
Parking reservations: parking lot, date, arrival time, reason for attendance and vehicle in use.
Workstation reservation: date and time, site, building, floor, workstation,reason for attendance.
Confirm the reservation.
In the home page should appear a new card with the recent reservation created.
Note: it is only possible to create reservations for 90 future days.
Cancel reservation:
In the home page find the reservation card.
Remember you will be able to find your future reservations.
Click the option “Cancel reservation” Confirm the action.
