SP Bulk Search is a SharePoint Framework (SPFx) web part that lets you query, create, update, upsert and delete list items across any SharePoint site — all from a single, powerful interface.
SPFx component types: SharePoint Web Part and SharePoint Full Page App. SP Bulk Search is available as a standard page web part and as a full-page SharePoint app experience.
**Query your data your way**
Choose between a visual filter builder (no OData knowledge required) or a raw OData expression editor for advanced queries. Stack multiple AND conditions, control max items returned, and see a live result count instantly.
**Explore results before you act**
The Data Explorer loads your matching records into a full results grid with all columns visible. Use "Use as update payload" to seed your batch operation directly from the query results — no copy-pasting.
**Batch operations at scale**
Switch to Batch Operations and choose from four operation types: Create, Update, Upsert or Delete. Paste or generate a JSON payload, set your batch size, validate before running, and execute across hundreds or thousands of rows in seconds.
**Built-in safeguards**
Run in Dry Run mode first to validate your payload without making any changes. A live Validation Report highlights issues before you commit. A Recent Activity log keeps a history of every operation performed on the site.
**Import from CSV**
Paste CSV data directly or upload a .csv file to seed your operation payload — ideal for mass imports from Excel or external systems.
**Works across your entire tenant**
Connect to any SharePoint site in your tenant — not just the site where the web part is deployed. Great for cross-site data management, migrations and bulk content updates.
**Licensing**
Includes a 7-day free trial. Subscribe monthly or annually via the in-app licensing panel. Manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the self-service billing portal.
**Limitations**
SP Bulk Search requires SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365). SharePoint on-premises is not supported. Users must have read and write permissions on the target list to perform query and batch operations. Cross-site operations require the user to have access to the target site. During the 7-day free trial, batch operations are limited to 100 rows per run and 50 total operations across the trial period.
