Review and manage SharePoint permissions for ISO 19650 project workspaces.
ISO 19650 helps construction, engineering, and asset owner teams review and manage access in SharePoint-based Common Data Environments.
The app provides a SharePoint Framework ListViewCommandSet for list and document library command bars, plus a client-side web part that can be used on SharePoint pages and in Microsoft Teams tabs. Users can review access for sites, libraries, folders, files, and lists; filter by people, groups, sharing links, item type, and access level; open related SharePoint settings; and export permission reports for review and audit work.
Licensed users can also make controlled permission updates, including granting access, changing access levels, removing access, and importing permission changes from Excel.
In order to use this app, an active license is required. Users must also sign in with a Microsoft 365 account that has access to the target SharePoint site or library. Some results may be limited by the signed-in user's existing SharePoint permissions.
