AI Cyber Assistant brings Hornetsecurity’s product features right into Microsoft Teams. Integrated with Hornetsecurity's Control Panel (CP), it helps users access product guidance, basic troubleshooting help, security-awareness interactions, and phishing attempt alerts in Teams.
AI Cyber Assistant connects the following Hornetsecurity experiences:
- Teams Protection scans URLs in Teams chats and channels and warns users when content is identified as malicious.
- 365 Permission Manager sends compliance notifications, helping site owners and administrators stay on top of policy violations and take immediate action from within Teams.
- SAS Awareness Coach provides short, dynamic security-awareness quizzes and content.
AI Cyber Assistant uses AI to understand questions, generate contextual responses and product guidance, and evaluate security awareness answers from users. The exact experiences available depend on the products and services enabled for the tenant.
Users can report inappropriate or inaccurate content through the feedback mechanism available directly in Teams or by contacting support.hornetsecurity.com. Hornetsecurity will review reported concerns.
To use this app, you must have an active Total Protection Plan 4 or Teams Protection subscription. Some features may require additional product subscriptions or Control Panel configuration. Learn more about AI Cyber Assistant.
