Start Apache + PHP + MariaDB, run
$sudo su
$sudo systemctl restart apache2 php8.5-fpm mariadb
$sudo systemctl restart apache2 mariadb
  

To access OpenEMR UI : run: http://your_serverIP

to get database details ,run: cat /var/openemr/credentials.txt
