Core outcomes include ongoing monitoring, prioritized investigation, incident communication, and visibility dashboards for security, compliance, operational, and executive stakeholders.
The offer includes three capabilities: Security Operations, Cloud Operations, and Engineering. Security Operations is available in Essential, Advanced, and Premium tiers. Cloud Operations and Engineering are available in Advanced and Premium tiers.
Response capability increases by tier. Essential focuses on analyst guidance and communication. Advanced and Premium support controlled response when expressly authorized by the selected tier and customer-approved response procedures.
Service delivery depends on onboarding-confirmed scope, supported tools, required permissions, and availability of telemetry.
Exclusions include large-scale remediation, compliance program development, and custom engineering unless separately purchased.
