Docugate

The Docugate Add-in is an extension of the local or Office 365 functionality of the Docugate template management software. It enables users to create documents from central templates.

FUNCTIONALITY

After installing the add-in, a Docugate group appears on the Ribbon in the 'Home' tab and, when activated. Use the 'Favorites' button to list your personal template favorites in the task pane. The 'Edit fields' button allows you to modify the fields of the selected template and to refresh all dynamic placeholders (the 'Refresh Document' button achieves the same). The 'Text Components' button enables you to insert text components into the document.

The Docugate Add-in allows numerous new opportunities for companies to work with Microsoft Office in a modern, mobile and flexible way.

HOSTING & DATA PROTECTION

The Docugate Add-in is hosted on Microsoft Azure in a Swiss datacenter in order to guarantee maximum availability and performance. NO data is recorded.
