por INTERDUO SOLUTIONS - CONSULTORIA E DESENVOLVIMENTO DE SOFTWARE LTDA
Just a moment, logging you in...
Openshift Local (CRC) is a lightweight OpenShift cluster designed to help developers to run and test their applications.
OpenShift Local is the quickest way to get started building OpenShift clusters. It is deigned to simplify the deploy of a minimal preconfigured Openshift cluster without the need for a server-based infrastructure.
With OpenShift Local, you can create microservices, build images, and run them in a low cost, single node Openshift cluster.
You can use this solution:
● To get started with an Openshift cluster.
● To prepare, build and test your application in a kubernetes-hosted containers.
● To ensure applications deployed to a Kubernetes Cluster or older OpenShift versions are stable in the latest OpenShift versions.
● To deploy a development environment for Openshift.
OpenShift Local is designed for local development and testing, this is not recommend for production workloads.
Technical details:
- CRC version: 2.32.0
- OpenShift version: 4.14.8
- Podman version: 4.4.4
Requirements
- This solution uses Nested Virtualization (most v5 VM size families supported)
- Required VM families: Dv5 and Ev5
- Minimum infrastructure: 4 vCPU. 9 GB of free memory. 35 GB of storage space.
Start your cluster
● To start the cluster you'll need your pull secret (You can copy it from the Pull Secret section of https://console.redhat.com/openshift/create/local)
● Login into the Virtual Machine and execute below commands:
$ crc setup
$ crc start
Important: Follow the setup instructions and troubleshooting at the link:.
